I am a seeker of knowledge and like learning new things with great interest in mysticism, shamanism, yogic tradition and qigong. I have always believed that age old practices and disciplines hold great knowledge and techniques that allow us to remember our true essence.

I am a PLR(past life regression) and QHHT(quantum healing hypnosis technique) practitioner. Changing how we feel, think and believe creates changes in how we see reality and therefore interrupting patterns we have created ourselves. I am also a Qigong and Breathwork instructor. As the mind is important and so is the body and the breath.​​

Past Life Regression
The process of using hypnosis to create trance. While in this state of altered consciousness you will be able to access your past life. During the session spirit guides, soul group or ancestors may revealed themselves but not always. There is more flexibility in a Past Life Regression as Life between Life can also be accessed where you will be able to know what plans and contracts you have made and for what specific lessons did you choose specific circumstances or family members in your life.
QHHT®
The process of using hypnosis to access an altered state of consciousness. A dreamlike state is created in a somnambulistic trance where you will be able to access your past life and connect the dots to specific life patterns and circumstances you are in. After the regression, a time is allotted in asking questions to your Higher self, different cultures use different name, some call it the Oversoul, Subconscious, Higher Consciousness, the Universal Mind and Oneness. The name does not matter but knowing that it has all the information about you.
Breathwork
Ancient cultures understood the connection between the breath, mind and body and deliberately used patterns of the breath to aid physical, emotional and mental states.
Breathwork is the practice of controlling, altering or sometimes even letting go of control of the way we breath designed to effect well being.
Different breathwork provide different results from intense diaphragmatic breathing to release blockages to slow calming breaths promoting relaxation.
Qigong/ Chi kung
Qigong or Chi kung is a traditional Chinese practice, archaeologists and historians have found references to qigong-like techniques from at least 5,000 years ago. Qigong is a system or practice of coordinated body-posture, movement, breathwork, and meditation to harmonize life energy (Qi/Chi) and improve overall health.
